Terms of service

Crimson Moon Forge is Unofficial Crimson Moon loadouts and builds — a free Loadout Builder, a full gear database and guides for weapons, Boons, Angels and bosses.

Using it means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site — there is nothing else you need to do.

This site is operated by TSMW DEVELOPMENT LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17204316. Contact: contact@tsmwdevelopment.com.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

You need an account for some parts of this site. Creating one is free.

• Give an address you can actually receive email at. A password reset is the only way back into an account, and it goes to that address.
• One person, one account. Do not share credentials, and do not create an account on someone else's behalf.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at contact@tsmwdevelopment.com if you think someone else has access to it.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. It removes the record rather than hiding it, and it cannot be undone.

An account may be suspended or removed for breaking these terms. Where that is a judgement call rather than something automatic, you will be told what the reason was.

Do not:

• break the law with it, or use it to help someone else do so;
• attempt to gain access to anything you have not been given access to, or to another person's account;
• scrape, crawl or automate against the site in a way that degrades it for other people — a reasonable crawler that respects robots.txt is fine;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your relationship with any person or organisation.

This site carries advertising, and that advertising is what pays for it. There is no paywall and no subscription.

Some adverts are affiliate links: if you buy something after following one, this site is paid a commission by the retailer at no extra cost to you. Every such advert says so on its face — the disclosure is not something you have to go looking for.

A commission does not buy an opinion. Nothing on this site is recommended because it pays, and an advert being present is not an endorsement of the advertiser.

Advertisers are not this site, and this site is not responsible for their goods, their services or their own terms. A dispute about a purchase is between you and the retailer.

The text, layout and code of this site belong to TSMW DEVELOPMENT LTD unless stated otherwise. You may read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, or use it to train a model, without asking first.

Names, trademarks and artwork belonging to other people appear only descriptively and remain theirs. If you hold a right in something published here and believe it should not be, write to contact@tsmwdevelopment.com with enough detail to identify the material and it will be looked at promptly.

This site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, it may be slow, and it may change or be withdrawn without notice. Nothing here is a promise of uptime.

Information here is published in good faith and checked, but it is not advice and it may be wrong or out of date. Check anything you are going to rely on.

To the extent the law allows, TSMW DEVELOPMENT LTD is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

These terms change when the site does, and the date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the changed terms.
