Where it can roll
Every slot draws from a fixed pool of 30 Boons at equal weight, so a slot either can roll this or cannot.
This Boon is in the pool for Weapon, Offhand. Weapon and Offhand share one pool, Helmet and Gauntlets share another, and Chest and Greaves share a third — so a Boon that can appear on a helmet can also appear on gauntlets, and never on a chest piece.
